General Manager

 

     Twistee Treat is an ice-cream concept that was formed in Florida in 1983. In 2010, Twistee Treat USA bought the company and its rights.  Since then, our company has revitalized the brand and all our stores are company owned and operated.

     The front of our building is in the shape of an ice-cream cone and acts as our billboard.  Each of our free standing locations have a drive thru and outdoor patio seating.  We have created a local fan base where friends and families gather.  Our fast and friendly service offers the highest quality of ice-cream in a festive and fun environment.

     In Florida we have 17 locations and will have a total of 30 within the next 12 months. In Houston we will have 10 new locations within the coming 12 months.  We are offering opportunities in Florida and Texas for career growth and advancement.

     Our motto is we hand out smiles, one customer at a time, with our team members being the ambassadors of our brand.  We are seeking energetic team members that love to interact with people on a daily basis, have an outgoing personality, and are looking for a positive, fun job experience unlike any other.

We are currently hiring for: General Manager.
This position earns $40k - $45k per year based on experience
Additional earnings potential paid quarterly in performance bonuses.
The General Manager will work a 45 - 55 hour work week.​ Expectations are that you're there when most of the guests are.

     The person must be upbeat, active, hands on, a great communicator, and have strong business acumen. The GM must have the highest standards in guest service, recognition, talent assessment, cleanliness and communication. The best GM candidate acknowledges great talent is developed and focused on the employees and guests 100% of the time.

General Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Management position or similar hospitality role
  • Proven Track record in management of COG’s and labor
  • Proven Track record in development of teams
  • Experience creating business plans, budgets, and working with a P&L
  • Excellent Arithmetic Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Professional Appearance
  • A college degree or work experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Willing to submit to background check and employment verification
  • Successful Completion of all internal programs and trainings up to General Manager Level
